The location was peaceful, within a close distance from Matterhorn Golf club. Moreover, it was close enough to the many restaurants in Zermatt and the center of Zermatt.

We liked staying in this hotel! The property was ideal and spotless, everything was good. The location offered was particularly good and stunning close to the Gornegrat train station, and the Matterhorn. It also was close to the center of Zermatt.

Some people working there were very rude.

Plus, they even had a free shuttle bus that took us back and forth, which was incredibly helpful, especially with our heavy ski equipment. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread, with a great selection of cheese and other delectable treats. And let's not forget about the swimming pool with its warm, salty water - it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes!

The hotel facilities, including the 34° swimming pool and spa, were excellent. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and the train station. And near to the mountain side, railway station, Gornagratbahn and the old village, and the green bus line which onnects to the other lifts.

Units with matterhorn view. Having a shower, a hairdryer and robes was a bonus.

Immaculate, clean apartment with a perfect kitchenette and a nice coffee machine. Spacious bathroom with a fabulous walk-in shower. Roomy balcony with seating. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still want easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The housekeeping service is always on point. The laundry facilities here are very convenient, and I appreciate the ironing facilities in our room.
